English Schools

Cactus offers English courses in several locations within central London as well as in the outskirts of the capital. Courses are available at all levels and can be standard, intensive, individual or designed to prepare students for exams (IELTS, FCE, CAE, CPE). Start dates are every Monday and we can also arrange accommodation for the duration of the course.

We are a small to medium sized school that focuses on quality English courses in a warm and friendly environment. Our teaching satff are all well qualified and have extensive experience. We have a huge range of nationalities studying at both our schools, from many European, Asian, French Polynesian South American and Middle Eastern countries.

The Sydney English Academy SEA is a small and friendly school (max 50 students) which has a very supportive and personal atmosphere. SEA has been independently owned and run since 2001 by Mick Edwards and Samantha Milton.

Our small class sizes (maximum 12 average of 9) means that teachers can provide students with a high level of personal attention allowing students to make rapid progress in their studies. SEA has an excellent nationality mix with 40% of students from Europe, 30 % from South America and 30% from Asia.
